Elizabeth made her way to the east bay. It was a bit of a walk form the main campsite, but it was the only place where they had found clean water so far. Of cores she was not by she self, others had come with her to gather water to use form drinking, cooking, and other things. One really never did any thing by themselves on the island, everything was done by a group to make sure everyone pulled there own. Sometimes it was not the easiest, but in order for them all to survive they all had to work together.
It was a fairly hot day out, even with the ocean breeze. A few wore scraps of cloth on there heads, while others had modified what was left of clothing they could find, too fit the hot weather. Elizabeth was quite happy to get to the east bay, there was lots of shade and seemed a little cooler then at camp. She sat down on a rock to take a little brake before getting the water she needed, to head back to camp. She took a sip of cool water form a make shift canteen, and took a look around. While this was hell for everyone, sometimes when one really took the time to look, this place would have been a paradise under different circumstances.

Leaf had made the trek to the East Bay. He wanted to see as much of this island as possible, and coming with this group for water seemed like a good way to do that. A least for now. It wasn't a hard walk at all, anyone could simply go from camp to here and back for water or washing clothes if they wanted. Once he saw the East Bay, Leaf felt like his work here was done.
He admitted it was selfish, but really didn't want to help anyone with their boring and probably menial chores. I've built my own hut all by myself, so why shouldn't they also be rather independant? Of course, if everyone is to continue surviving for as ever long as we need to, we must become a community. That means all us survivors need to work together, but at the same time care for ourselves. Confusing, but true. he thought promptly to himself.
Leaf didn't want to help with chores, but also didn't want to appear lazy standing there or despicably slinking away. He decided to announce the service he was providing for these good people. To advertise, quite bluntly, his newly decided upon counseling service that was now open in his hut at camp. What to say? He didn't want to come off as a jerk or come across as a seemly know-it-all. He thought about yelling to anyone, but that would just be stupid. He decided that he should just start getting to know people and maybe tell them along the way that they're welcome to talk anytime. Nothing travels faster than information on an island.
He caught sight of a blonde woman who didn't appear busy. "So, what brings you to this island?" he joked.
